InstantLyrics, in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, informs the Users of its online platform, about the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will be applied in the processing of the personal data that the user voluntarily provides when accessing the website www.instantlyrics.net, or app.instantlyrics.net, or the corresponding mobile application.
The user, by providing InstantLyrics with their personal data through the electronic forms of the Website or the Application, expressly consents that InstantLyrics or any of its affiliates may process that data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes expressed herein.
Before registering with InstantLyrics, Users must read this Privacy and Data Protection Policy. By clicking the "register" button, Users affirm that they have read and expressly consent to the present Data Privacy Policy.
Upon registration, Users must provide some data for the creation of their account and the editing of their profile. They must provide the following data: Username, email address. Likewise, InstantLyrics, whenever the users authorize it, will collect data related to their location, including the real-time geographical location of the user's computer or mobile device.
Once the registration is complete, any User will be able to access their profile and complete and/or edit it as they deem appropriate. The information and data provided by the User will be available at all times in their user account and can be modified by the User through the profile edit option, except for the email address, which, in order to be modified, the user must write an email to info@instantlyrics.net expressing this intention.
The User undertakes to enter real and truthful data. Likewise, they will be solely responsible for any damages that InstantLyrics or any of its affiliates or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of veracity, inaccuracy, lack of validity and authenticity of the data provided.

InstantLyrics declares its commitment to comply with the legislation in force at all times regarding data protection. Users are informed that the personal data provided on the Website will be the subject of automated processing and will become part of the files owned by InstantLyrics, being this the data controller for the purposes of managing registered users on the InstantLyrics Platform.

What information does InstantLyrics collect?
The InstantLyrics Platform (which includes the Web format and the "App") is used by customers seeking a service. The information we receive from Users is collected as we explain below.
InstantLyrics collects information from the User that they provide directly and other information that is provided indirectly through the use of the InstantLyrics platform.
a) Information that Users provide us directly:
Registration Data: the information the User provides us when creating an account on the InstantLyrics Platform: Name, surname and email address.
User Profile Information: the information the User adds to the Platform in order to use the InstantLyrics service, i.e., the address where the service will be provided. The User can view and edit their personal data in their profile when they deem appropriate.
Additional information the User wants to share: the information the User could provide to InstantLyrics for other purposes. For example, a photograph of themselves or their date of birth, mobile phone or identification.
Information about communications with InstantLyrics: InstantLyrics will have access to information that Users provide to resolve doubts or complaints about the use of the platform, either through the contact form, by email or through the customer service telephone service.
About the requests uploaded by the user: InstantLyrics will have access to the information completed by the users when making a service request.
The processing of this data by InstantLyrics is necessary to be able to comply with the contractual relationship that is established. If the User does not provide them, the requested services may not be available and InstantLyrics will not be able to provide them.
b) Information that Users provide us indirectly:
Data derived from the Use of the Platform: InstantLyrics collects the data derived from the User's Use of the Platform each time they interact with the Platform.
Application and device data: InstantLyrics stores the device and Application data that the User uses to access the services. These are:
The Internet IP address the User uses to connect to the Internet with their computer or mobile.
Information about their computer or mobile, such as their Internet connection, their browser type, version and operating system, and the type of device.
The complete clickstream of Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), including the date and time.
User account data: information on the orders placed by the User, as well as the ratings and/or comments they make about them.
The User's browsing history and preferences.
Data derived from the User's origin: if the User reaches the InstantLyrics Platform through an external source (such as a link from another website or a social network), InstantLyrics collects the data from the source from which the InstantLyrics User comes.
Data derived from incident management: if the User accesses the InstantLyrics Platform through the Contact Form, InstantLyrics will collect the messages received in the format used by the User and may use and store them to manage current or future incidents.
Data derived from "cookies": InstantLyrics uses its own and third-party cookies to facilitate navigation for its users and for statistical purposes.
Data derived from external third parties: InstantLyrics could collect information or personal data from external third parties only if the User authorizes those third parties to share the aforementioned information with InstantLyrics. For example, if the User creates an account through their Facebook, Facebook could share the User's personal data from their Facebook profile (name, gender, age...) with InstantLyrics.
Geolocation Data: whenever the Users authorize it, InstantLyrics will collect data related to their location, including the real-time geographical location of the user's computer or mobile device.
Similarly, if the user accesses InstantLyrics through the products and services offered by Google, it may send the User's browsing data to InstantLyrics, with access to the platform through the links created by Google.
The information provided by the external third party can be controlled by the User according to the privacy policy of the external third party.
What is the purpose of collecting the data?
1.- Use the InstantLyrics Platform
1.1 InstantLyrics uses the data it collects from Users so that they can access and communicate with the InstantLyrics platform and to provide the services they request through their account on the InstantLyrics Platform, according to the mechanism described in the "Terms of Use". During the execution of an order, the data may be used:
By the Customer Service services contracted by InstantLyrics for the purpose of notifying the User about possible incidents or requesting the reason for a negative service rating. InstantLyrics may use the data provided for the purpose of managing any incidents that may occur in the provision of services.
1.2 InstantLyrics may use the personal data that the User provides to it to send communications by email and/or send SMS to the User about the operation of the service. InstantLyrics, once the service has been contracted by the user, will send a summary of the order and its price to the User's email address. By registering on the Platform, it will be understood that the User accepts the present Privacy Policy and therefore authorizes InstantLyrics to carry out said communication.
1.3 InstantLyrics also uses the information to investigate and analyze how to improve the services it provides, as well as to develop and improve the features of the service it offers. Internally, InstantLyrics uses the information for statistical purposes in order to analyze the behavior and trends of Users, to understand how Users use the InstantLyrics Platform, and to manage and improve the services offered, including the possibility of adding new features to the Platform.
The above treatments are necessary for the execution of the contract that the Users have signed with InstantLyrics through the Terms and Conditions when registering on the InstantLyrics Platform. The execution of said contract is the basis that legitimizes InstantLyrics to process their data by him or by said third parties for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Users through the InstantLyrics Platform.
1. Ensure security and a suitable environment for the safe provision of services
2.1 InstantLyrics may also use the information of the Users for the purpose of detecting and investigating fraud, as well as other illegal activities and potential violations of our "Terms of Use". For this purpose, InstantLyrics may share user data with platforms that analyze fraud operations.
InstantLyrics may make use of the information that Users provide for the treatments described due to the legitimate interest of protecting the proper use of the Platform, complying with applicable legislation, as well as ensuring the correct and safe provision of services.
3.- Promotion and implementation of commercial offers (online and offline)
InstantLyrics uses third-party technology integrated into its Platform to collect data and preferences and use them with CRM systems and advanced technology for the benefit of Users. Thus, using the information collected, the following data processing will be carried out:
3.1 InstantLyrics may send promotional messages and/or offers related to the service it offers and that may be of interest to the User to the User's email address. InstantLyrics may measure and personalize such advertising based on the preferences of InstantLyrics Users. If the InstantLyrics User wishes not to receive the aforementioned information and/or commercial communications, they can opt at any time for the "Unsubscribe" option in the email itself, and consequently, InstantLyrics will immediately cease sending the aforementioned information.
3.2 InstantLyrics may also send the User messages and/or offers related to said services through "push" notifications consisting of sending said promotional messages and/or offers to their mobile phone. If the InstantLyrics User wishes not to receive the commercial communications referred to in this point and the previous 3.1., the User can remove them jointly by deactivating the notifications of the platform from the device preferences panel.
3.3 InstantLyrics and/or third parties associated with InstantLyrics may use the delivery address introduced by the User for promotional activities for the delivery of free samples or products of the service related to InstantLyrics (i.e. delivery of free samples at home or advertising brochures) together with the delivery of the order that may be of interest to the User.
3.4 Through the use of the InstantLyrics Platform, Users may also receive commercial communications from third parties associated with the Platform such as Facebook and Google, all of this depending on the privacy preferences the User has on said Platforms.
4.- Share User data with third parties
4.1 As described in the previous point 3.4., if the User connects their InstantLyrics account to another social network or to a third party platform, InstantLyrics could use the information ceded to that social network or third party, as long as said information has been made available to InstantLyrics in compliance with the privacy policy of said social network or third party platform.
4.2 If the ownership of InstantLyrics changes or most of its assets are acquired by a third party, Users are informed that InstantLyrics will transfer their data to the entities of the acquirer in order to continue providing the services subject to the data processing. The new controller will communicate their identification data to the Users. InstantLyrics states that it will comply with the duty to inform the relevant Supervisory Authority in the event that the aforementioned situations occur, and will notify the Users of the change of controller at the time it occurs. The present treatment will be carried out by virtue of the contract signed with InstantLyrics.
4.3 With their explicit consent, InstantLyrics may transfer their personal data to third parties associated with InstantLyrics, provided that the User has expressly, informedly and unequivocally accepted such transfer of data and knew the purpose and recipient of the same.
Does InstantLyrics share the information it collects?
As indicated in the previous section, the personal data that InstantLyrics collects will be used exclusively for the achievement of the purpose defined in the "Terms of Use".
For the proper development of the contractual relationship and excellence in the provision of the service, as well as for the legitimate interest of InstantLyrics, it will share certain personal data of the Users with:
The User may also receive emails from InstantLyrics and/or the store to confirm the order, organize a refund, request the User's evaluation of the service or receive a summary of the service.
In the choice of service providers, InstantLyrics may transfer user data outside the borders of the European Economic Area. In these cases, and prior to sending, InstantLyrics will ensure that these service providers comply with the minimum security standards established by the European Commission and that they always handle the data according to the instructions provided by InstantLyrics. InstantLyrics may have a contractual relationship with them where the service providers undertake to comply with InstantLyrics' instructions and to incorporate the necessary security measures to protect the Users' data.
Security companies and Law Enforcement Agencies: InstantLyrics may disclose personal information and account details of our customers when it believes disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our "Terms of Use" or to protect the rights, property or safety of InstantLyrics, its users or third parties. This includes, therefore, the exchange of information with other companies and organizations as well as with Law Enforcement Agencies for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
Upon legal request, InstantLyrics may share information with executive authorities and/or third parties regarding information requests related to criminal investigations and alleged illegal activities.
The companies of the InstantLyrics group. Users are informed that, when registering on the Platform from any country in which InstantLyrics operates, their data will be stored in the InstantLyrics database.
Call Center and incident management services: To offer Customer Service and call center, actions aimed at measuring the degree of satisfaction of Users and providing administrative support services, InstantLyrics may communicate the data of the Users to third party companies outside the InstantLyrics platform, and contracted by it to resolve such conflicts.
Fraud control service providers: InstantLyrics will share User data with providers that offer fraud control services, to study the risk of the operations carried out.
The data of InstantLyrics Users will not be transferred to any third party except (i) if necessary for the requested services, in case InstantLyrics collaborates with third parties (ii) when InstantLyrics has express and unequivocal authorization from the User, (iii) when requested by the competent authority in the exercise of its functions (to investigate, prevent or take actions related to illegal actions) or (iv) finally, if required by law.
With the consent of the User: in addition to the above, the User will be informed in the event that any information about them is made known to the commercial partners of the Platform and/or website for purposes other than the purposes set forth in the InstantLyrics Terms of Use, in order for them to have the opportunity to decide that their information not be shared.
Also with the consent of the User: to non-business partners, unrelated to InstantLyrics, provided there is prior and unequivocal authorization from the User.
None of the data communications above include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing customer personal information for commercial purposes in a manner contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
For how long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for 24 months from the last interaction, unless its deletion is requested by the interested party.
In the event of withdrawal of consent or opposition to the processing, the data will be blocked and will no longer be processed, and will be kept for a period of 4 years for the purpose of being able to claim or defend ourselves against possible claims.
Right to withdraw your consent
At any time, the User may withdraw their consent for the processing of data by InstantLyrics.

Users accept and consent that the withdrawal of consent will imply that InstantLyrics cannot provide the services inherent to its Platform.
What information can Users access?
InstantLyrics gives the User access to a large amount of information about their account and their operations on www.instantlyrics.net so that they can view, and in certain cases, update that information.
Any User will be able to access their profile and complete and/or edit it as they deem appropriate. The information and data provided by the User will be available at all times in their user account and can be modified by the User through the profile edit option, except for the email address, which, as explained above, has a special process.
Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition and right to portability of data
The right of access is conceived as the right that the user has to request from InstantLyrics if it processes any of their data.
The User may request from InstantLyrics the rectification of the data present in its database if they are incomplete.
The exercise of these rights must be done in writing signed by the owner of the data, indicating their address, attaching a copy of their ID or other identifying document, and addressed to InstantLyrics, through their official email (info@instantlyrics.net).
